Absolutely amazing BBQ . We got the brisket sandwiches with a side of brisket beans .. hands down some of the best BBQ I've had in a long time
I got a brisket sandwich, he had a quesadilla special going on which was excellent, and he makes his own cheese. It's smoked cheese and it is outstanding. I highly recommend this food truck, it is very good. Very nice gentleman. Look forward to eating there again!
